Here is a list of events that I will be attending as a Participant, Presenter or Reenactor. Feel Free to stop by and say hello if you see me.

March 22The War That Made America – Fort Necessity – Farmington PA – A review of the PBS series, “The War That Made America” followed by a panel discussion.

March 28 and 29Seven Years’ War Symposium – Fort Ligonier – Ligonier, PA . I will be attending as a participant, always happy to go and learn new things.

April 23 – 26Blackstone Raids – Spencer WV – This is an SCA event, spectators are not allowed, however, attending SCA events require that you wear medieval style clothing. Those who want to attend would pay the normal gate fee.

May 2History Camp Philadelphia – Philadelphia PA – I will be presenting my program “Slavery, Abolition and Seeking Freedom in Pittsburgh.” There are many other wonderful programs happening at this event, please check it out.

May 14-17Æthelmearc War Practice – Cooper’s Lake Campground, Slippery Rock PA – This is an SCA event, spectators are not allowed, however, attending SCA events require that you wear medieval style clothing. Those who want to attend would pay the normal gate fee.

May 23 – 24Fort Necesssity – Farmington PA – French and British forces will encamp in the Great Meadows at Fort Necessity National Battlefield. Reenactors portraying colonial Virginia Troops, along with the Compagnie Franches de la Marines du Contrecoeur, will be available throughout the day to answer questions about  their equipment and supplies. The day will include special programs at and demonstrations.  I will be serving with Captain William Trent’s Company that weekend.
